Intellitec began as a focused sourcing and quality control firm, quietly supporting U.S. buyers with small electronics and personal care products. From the start, our advantage wasn’t volume—it was consistency. We built our name by delivering what others couldn’t: clear communication, reliable timelines, and discretion that earned long-term trust.
As demand grew, so did our technical capabilities. We formalized relationships with core factory partners across China and expanded into tooling, mold engineering, and component sourcing. By the end of the decade, we had evolved from a sourcing team into a full-package manufacturing partner, supporting everything from BOM development to retail-ready assembly.
The next decade was defined by scale. We broadened our portfolio into new verticals, from home appliances and pest control to pet products, seasonal kits, and plush. We built systems to support it—project tracking, QA enforcement, and transparent quoting—giving our partners the confidence to grow with us. The result: thousands of SKUs shipped into big box and promotional channels, each delivered with the same rigor that shaped our early years.
As the global manufacturing landscape shifted, we moved fast. We expanded our footprint beyond China, integrating new factory networks in Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia. These facilities were selected and onboarded not just for cost—but for quality, reliability, and the ability to scale under our standards. Today, our multi-country sourcing model gives clients options, resilience, and built-in protection against geopolitical volatility.
Intellitec now operates across Southeast Asia with U.S.-based development and control. We manage the full product cycle—design, tooling, procurement, production, QA—through a single, integrated workflow. We don’t just manufacture products. Over the past three decades, that philosophy hasn’t changed. It has only expanded. Today, Intellitec is a multinational organization with deep roots in Asia and a strong presence in the U.S. We serve clients across industries, offering design, development, sourcing, and full-scale manufacturing solutions supported by a network of over 250 integrated factory partners across China, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.
To date, we’ve served as the sole manufacturer and product developer on more than 600 product launches, producing over 70 million units for our partners across a range of categories. With 29 years of expertise, we bring structure, scale, and accountability to every project we touch.
Confidentiality is part of our promise. Many of the products we manufacture end up on the shelves of major North American retailers. We simply don’t advertise it. Our clients trust us to protect their ideas, their brands, and their competitive edge, and we take that responsibility seriously.
